The food style is predominantly British with influences from the continent.
The ‘a la carte’ menu combines classic dishes and modern cooking techniques. The bar provides more traditional pub fare with a strong emphasis on quality. Everything is prepared on site, from bread to ice-cream. Fish and shellfish are delivered daily from the coast and meat sourced locally where possible. Many of the dishes feature ingredients, such as different varieties of wild mushroom and plants, that are foraged from the local area by the chefs and staff.
